They are seeking an HR Generalist II to coordinate and administer HR programs, support managers in development planning, and lead HR projects focusing on employee engagement.

Responsibilities
Interfaces with functional and operational leaders on openings
Reviews resumes and creates candidate pools; Supports interview and selection process
Administer routine local training; Coordination of corporate sponsored training
Support managers in routine development planning
Address moderately complex questions by managers and employees
Responsible for routine employee grievances
Address questions on compensation and benefits
Conduct reporting and analytics, as needed
Assist leaders in performance coaching
Identifies and leads HR projects/initiatives focusing on employee Engagement
Leads HPT Engagement Team
Helps coordinate Community Outreach initiatives
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
University Degree (or international equivalent)
Minimum Experience 2 to 4+ Years
