Responsibilities
Accurately input and update customer, transaction, and product records in CRM and internal databases following established data-entry standards and SLAs
Verify and reconcile source documents against system entries; flag and correct discrepancies to maintain high data accuracy
Perform routine data cleansing, deduplication, and normalization tasks; escalate complex issues to Data Operations leads
Generate basic data extracts and ad-hoc reports to support audits, reconciliation, and cross-functional requests
Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with data security and privacy policies for sensitive information
Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets; document process steps and recommend efficiency improvements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Demonstrable accuracy, strong attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred

Experience with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom)
Prior experience in data entry, data operations, or administrative data roles preferred
