Responsibilities
Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
Responsible for developing marketing plans and activities for specific product(s) or product line(s) to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena
Develops business plans and product positioning in the marketplace
Generates market research, monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs
Establishes pricing strategies, cost modeling, and coordinates stakeholders
Works closely with Business Units to provide support updating associated marketing collateral
Collaborates with internal teams, including marketing, sales, finance, and product development, to align business development strategies with organizational goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, marketing or business concentration preferred
2+ years of job-related work experience
Analytical thinking with systematic approach to problem solving
Proficient in Excel, with the ability to transform data into clear visual information
Familiarity with basic value pricing models
Intermediate proficiency in working with AI tools and prompts
Effective communicator, both in written presentations (e.g., PowerPoint) and verbal formats
