Responsibilities
Translate designs from Figma to Illustrator for print production and manage the print production process from file prep through vendor handoff
Conduct final QC and quality control on all print assets before release
Review net-new designs for print and large-format feasibility, flagging production concerns early
Recreate and adapt digital assets with small adjustments to support design at scale
Build templates and asset variations to streamline production workflows
Perform image selection, retouching, adjustment, and cropping as needed
Create net-new graphics following the existing event design system with art direction oversight, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in event and production design, with a focus on print and digital asset creation
Expert-level proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma
Experience with large-format print production and vendor file preparation
Strong understanding of color management, file formats, and production best practices
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience supporting events or campaigns with high-volume asset needs preferred
