Responsibilities
Supporting and maintaining MES applications by prioritizing and analyzing support tickets to ensure timely issue resolution
Performing testing activities for enhancements, fixes, hot patches, and new MES/PLC functionalities
Raising problem reports and change requests when issues require code-level modifications
Collaborating with BI, ERP, IT, and other teams to resolve cross‑system impacts affecting MES operations
Executing MES configurations, HMI simulations, and MES-PLC/OPC integration testing
Delivering user training, troubleshooting assistance, and contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline
4–6 years of experience in MES development, support, and manufacturing systems
Client requires strong expertise in Apriso/FlexNet MES with hands‑on CMES and controls integration
Client requires proficiency in troubleshooting, requirement definition, and MES–PLC/OPC interfacing
