Client Services Representative - Wichita, Kansas
Credit Management Services is dedicated to providing outstanding client experiences through high-quality service. The Client Services Representative is responsible for assisting clients with account administration and support, handling calls, documenting interactions, and responding to client inquiries.

Responsibilities
Handle incoming call from clients pertaining to account administration and support
Place outbound call as needed to obtain information and provide solutions to client
Appropriately document all contact with clients on company’s system
Proactively communicate with clients on issues and obtain/present solutions to issues
Respond to client’s emails and voicemails
Perform research regarding client issues or inquiries and responding after the issue has been resolved
Interact with clients with professionalism
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associates degree or equivalent
Minimum of three years of related experience – client services, customer service, etc
Employee must have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a team environment
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
