Lead end-to-end project delivery of payments-related initiatives (e.g., payment gateways, fraud prevention, refunds, multi-channel payment solution integrations) within the united technology environment
Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement payment integrations for multiple sales channels, including contact centers
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Qualification
Required
Technical expertise in payments solutions
Experience leading cross-functional projects
Ability to deliver secure, compliant, and customer-centric payment experiences
Experience with omnichannel contact centers (Voice + Chat)
Coordination with business, product, and technology teams
Management of project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
