The Program Manager for Outpatient Services will oversee day-to-day clinical and personnel management at program sites, developing and evaluating treatment interventions in collaboration with the Director of Outpatient Services and clinical staff.

Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day program services, consulting with Director of Outpatient Services and the Program Director in the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of the clinical services
Maintain awareness of current mental health activities in the community
Maintain awareness of community and market-related activities which includes knowledge of the activities of other providers, needs of local payers and the political climate related to mental health
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree in mental health/behavioral sciences field required
Minimum five (5) years experience in psychiatric/mental health field
Minimum of three (3) years in a lead/managerial capacity
Appropriate State Licensure/license eligible in field of expertise or registration with the California Board of Behavioral Science is required
Handle with Care training within 90 days of employment
CPR
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
