This role focuses on adapting existing creative, executing precise production work, and ensuring all assets are production-ready across formats, channels, and distribution needs.

Responsibilities
Modify and update pre-existing artwork in alignment with creative direction
Create and adapt visual assets for websites, digital campaigns, and general distribution
Apply approved creative across multiple formats, frameworks, and use cases
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all deliverables
Organize, label, and archive creative assets according to established standards
Manage file release formats, production specifications, and delivery requirements
Prepare files to ensure they are production-ready across channels and platforms
Maintain best practices for file setup, versioning, organization, and handoff
Qualification
Required
Proven background in production art with a strong attention to detail
Experience adapting creative across multiple formats and digital platforms
Advanced understanding of file preparation, release formats, and production workflows
Highly organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Preferred
Candidates based in Central or Eastern time zones
Candidates with references are always preferred by our clients
