Responsibilities

Manage and prioritize multiple assignments simultaneously and effectively such as acting as a liaison between internal and external customers by greeting customers, answering and triage phone calls
Administer calendar and manage schedules
Compose and prepare a variety of correspondence (e.g., reports, forms, presentation materials, messages, etc.) as required
Provide coverage of other areas such as front end, point of service and registration
Coordinate management functions and assist in special projects

Qualification

Microsoft Office SuiteOffice experienceTyping proficiencySpanish language skillsMedical field experience

Required

High School Diploma or GED
Five years of office experience
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite products (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Manage and prioritize multiple assignments simultaneously and effectively such as acting as a liaison between internal and external customers by greeting customers, answering and triage phone calls
Administer calendar and manage schedules
Compose and prepare a variety of correspondence (e.g., reports, forms, presentation materials, messages, etc.) as required
Provide coverage of other areas such as front end, point of service and registration
Coordinate management functions and assist in special projects
Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
In some locations, ability to move up to 20 pounds

Preferred

Associate's Degree
Typing proficiency of 35 WPM with accuracy
Spanish language skills
Prior medical field experience
