Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and confirm factory tours
Welcome and check in visitors; provide site orientation
Ensure PPE and safety compliance for all guests
Deliver excellent customer service and manage visitor inquiries
Support special tours, events, and VIP visits
Maintain visitor logs, databases, waivers, and reporting
Train and coordinate with tour guides
Identify opportunities for process improvements and help implement them
Work independently while demonstrating strong initiative and professionalism

Required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred

Associate degree in Hospitality, Business, Communications, or related field
Power BI knowledge is a plus
