Responsibilities

Execute global email and SMS campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), ensuring each send reflects quality standards and delivers a seamless customer experience. (ensures quality assurance, execution, channels that it includes)
Deploy global mobile app communications-including push notifications and in-app messaging-through Airship to support timely, relevant customer engagement
Collaborate closely with the Email Marketing & CRM Specialist and Email Marketing Coordinator to support campaigns aligned to the fiscal year marketing calendar
Translate the request details from campaign briefs into polished, customer-ready communications across channels
Maintain and evolve CRM documentation in Confluence, capturing updates to processes, workflows, and best practices as the program grows
Execute campaign tasks and timelines in Jira, balancing speed, accuracy, and quality
Conduct thorough QA to ensure messaging, personalization, links, and targeting are accurate and on brand across all channels
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance campaign execution, efficiency, and consistency
Troubleshoot and resolve campaign execution issues across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including data extensions, automations, journeys, and segmentation, partnering with cross-functional teams to de-risk launches and ensure on-time delivery

Required

3+ years of hands-on experience executing email and SMS campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder and Automation Studio
Familiarity with QA best practices, testing methodologies, and troubleshooting within email and SMS deployments
Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams such as creative, legal, and technical stakeholders to bring campaigns to life
A data-informed mindset, with experience reviewing performance metrics to inform optimizations
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced, calendar-driven environment
Hands-on experience deploying email, SMS, and mobile app marketing communications
A foundational understanding of HTML and CSS for email, SMS, and app content
Experience working within email and app marketing platforms, ideally in a fast-paced or global environment
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
A creative mindset with a strong appreciation for brand systems, visual storytelling, and customer-first messaging
A collaborative, proactive approach with the ability to take ownership and see projects through from start to finish

Preferred

Experience working with data extensions, audience segmentation, and personalization strategies to drive targeted communications
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for editing and optimizing email templates
Experience in building and deploying campaigns within the airship platform
Experience supporting global or enterprise-level CRM programs
Familiarity with campaign planning against a marketing or fiscal year calendar
Comfort contributing to documentation and process optimization within a CRM team
