Complete monthly expense reports (P-Card and travel card)
Manage office inventory and maintain office snacks
Assist with autograph requests
Support the Director of Administration and Operations with planning team functions (e.g., team Christmas party, team dinners, events at the head coach’s house)
Provide tours to guests at the Womble facility
Maintain inventory of giveaway items (e.g., T-shirts, pens, promotional items)
Assist with donor gift deliveries
Position requires a highly flexible schedule, with hours that may vary between mornings, evenings, and weekends, depending on the team’s practice, game, and travel schedule
Perform errands as needed
Execute additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in job related field plus one year responsible experience
Additional specific job related experience may substitute for required education on a year for year basis
Preferred
Previous experience in administrative support, athletics operations, or event coordination
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, expense-reporting systems, and basic inventory management
Experience managing or supporting hospitality functions, tours, or guest services
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and handle sensitive information with discretion
Familiarity with donor relations or athletics department operations
