Coordinate with subject-matter experts to satisfy compliance obligations
Manage environmental and construction consultants to support site delivery
Identify and mitigate environmental issues during construction
Support regulatory agency, stakeholder, and community engagement activities
Communicate environmental requirements and expertise to diverse stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge in environmental regulations related to Clean Water Act sections 402, 401, and 404
Manage environmental and construction consultants to support site delivery
Identify and mitigate environmental issues during construction
Support regulatory agency, stakeholder, and community engagement activities
Communicate environmental requirements and expertise to diverse stakeholders
Experience in managing environmental permits and compliance during construction projects
Preferred
Experience with Bluebeam software
Familiarity with environmental risk and compliance mitigations
Proven track record in engaging with regulatory agencies and stakeholders
