MOSDOH - Assistant Director Candidate Engagement
A.T. Still University's Missouri School of Dentistry & Oral Health is seeking an Assistant Director of Candidate Engagement for their Kirksville campus. This role involves supporting applicants through the admissions process, coordinating interviews, and ensuring compliance with selection practices and procedures.

Responsibilities
Chair MOSDOH Admissions Committee - Provide strategic oversight, ensure Admissions practices and procedures are fair, consistent, and responsive to established admissions priorities and accreditation standards
Implement MOSDOH Admissions Committee Activities - Lead selection and screening of applicants for interview consideration, schedule and conduct weekly interview sessions during interview cycle, coordinate with faculty and staff to assign and schedule interviewers
Liaison with University Admissions - Ensure MOSDOH candidate selection activities align with University Admissions procedures, policies, and goals
Training - Plan and deliver online and in-person training for MOSDOH faculty and staff candidate interviewers ensuring interviews are conducted in accordance with MOSDOH's candidate selection procedures/priorities
Student Recruitment - Represent MOSDOH at recruitment fairs and ADEA events, coordinate and manage student transfer requests, coordinate re-orientation programs for student transfers, assist with planning/executing student recruitment events (including events in STL region)
Data and Reporting - Provide admissions and outcomes data, generate and analyze admissions, enrollment, demographics, attrition, advanced, standing, and recruitment data, track and analyze academic performance trends and correlate admissions indicators to support strategic outcome reporting, accreditation documentation, strategic planning, and continuous improvement efforts
Lead MOSDOH Advanced Standing International Dental Students - Manage interviews and related activities with MOSDOH Clinical Affairs team for ASID enrollment program ensuring program is administered in accordance with MOSDOH's selection procedures/priorities. Travel to STL location required
Student Success/Academic Affairs Support - Engage in cross functional support with student success team (immunizations, student absences), collaborate with MOSDOH/University teams to enhance program recruitment and retention efforts, support event coordination (commencement, awards ceremonies, orientation, white coat, etc.), refer students to student success team when appropriate
Qualification
Required
Bachelor degree required
Three to five years experience
Ability to de-escalate in a conflict or confrontation
Crisis management

Polished written, oral and interpersonal communication skills, computer skills - including social networking and internet based education, organizational skills, independent problem solving skills, professional office and phone etiquette, effective time management, detail oriented
