Internship, Merchandise Planning
Kendo Holdings, Inc. is a San Francisco-based beauty brand developer and wholesaler owned by LVMH Moët Hennessy - Louis Vuitton. As a Merchandise Planning Intern at Kendo, you'll gain an end-to-end understanding of merchandise planning across all Fenty brands and North American retailers, contributing to vital business strategies and organizational goals.
Responsibilities
Assist in analyzing and forecasting sales demand, directly supporting brand strategy for Fenty
Work closely with merchandise planning, sales, global planning, supply planning, and demand planning teams
Help with bottom-up and top-down forecasting, historical sales analysis, and market trend evaluation to optimize plans for new product launches and improve forecast accuracy
Lead a process improvement project, culminating in a presentation at summer's end. You may also focus on a specific Fenty brand and retailer
Engage in key meetings across North America sales, supply and demand planning, finance, and global brand and planning
Execute projects supporting team objectives and brand initiatives
Qualification
Required
Rising junior, senior, or Class of 2026 graduate majoring in Retail Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, with basic formula and pivot table knowledge)
