The Practice Manager has the overall responsibility for planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the work and resources involved in running a service-oriented business
Ensures a positive image of Rock Dental Brands and its facilities to our patient base is adhered to
The Practice Manager's goal is to ensure the company vision is attained, the values are upheld, and a dynamic environment is created

Dental Assistant CertificationClinic Operations ExperienceCPR TrainingManagement SkillsMultitasking AbilityConflict Resolution SkillsCommunication SkillsOrganizational SkillsAttention to DetailTime Management Skills

Required

1 + years working experience in clinic operations with a proven aptitude to lead by example, or equivalent level of experience in dental clinic management
Good conflict resolution skills
Proven work history of excellence
Strong management and leadership skills
Ability to work well with public
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Extensive organization skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast pace work environment
Excellent time management skills

Preferred

Licensed as a Registered Dental Assistant/Certified Dental Assistant in state working
