Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
Moving and preparing IT inventory
Ensure copiers are stocked
Ensure conference rooms are clean and ready to use
Walking the production floor in various buildings often, proactively communicating with employees and improving IT solutions
Must work well under pressure, meeting and completing multiple deadlines
Must be at work on time and maintain good attendance. This is a condition of employment and is an essential function of the job
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be a US Citizen or of Legal Permanent Resident Status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b (a) (3)
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required)
Studying toward a degree in computer science or related field
Must have strong customer service skills and the ability to multi-task
Must be able to work well independently and under pressure, meeting and completing multiple deadlines
