Responsibilities
Supervise Accounts Receivable team of three
Supervise Grant Accountants team of two
Assist with month-end close, including preparation and review of journal entries
Reconcile balance sheet accounts and general ledger
Review AR aging and support related analysis
Review and assist with monthly grant billing reports
Review and assist with quarterly and annual grant reports
Prepare financial and ad hoc reports for management as requested
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or a minimum of four years of experience in governmental or nonprofit accounting
Experience with Sage Intacct or similar financial software
Intermediate Excel skills
Preferred
Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred
