Responsibilities
Develop and execute an annual employee giving campaign
Create alumni programming in service to fundraising goals
Oversee the alumni recognition program, including the selection of honorees, the presentation event, and ongoing development and stewardship of honorees
Work with and assist the College Events Manager to create and implement various events for donors and alumni, fundraising initiatives, and marketing efforts
Provide administrative support to the advancement department: coordination of location, catering, and packet preparation for Board of Trustees meetings; assist with Project Care applications; enter travel for the department; management of donor management software
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree and Three (3) years of work-related experience
Organizational skills
Skill in the operation of computers and job-related software programs
Oral and written communication skills
Decision-making and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Knowledge of non-profit practices
Prior experience in fundraising or development work
A demonstrated record of success in a related field
General knowledge of the college and its programs
Ethical practices and a high level of discretion with confidential matters
Exceptional customer service to internal/external customers
Detail oriented and excellent multi-tasking abilities
Must be a team player and work well with others
