Responsibilities
Assist with the execution and growth of marketing and promotional campaigns
Support customer acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty initiatives
Professionally manage customer interactions and client needs
Drive sales through in-store promotions and live marketing events
Build brand recognition through local events and experiential strategies
Communicate directly with customers to promote products and services
Develop leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills through hands-on experience
Problem-solve and make sound decisions in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Qualification
Required
Ability to work full-time, including weekends for special events
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment
Willingness to travel 1–2 weeks per year for advanced training opportunities
Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Self-motivated, creative, and solutions-oriented
Preferred
