Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, development, standardization, and execution of all Ariba Catalog processes and services for RTX
Lead the strategy, development, standardization, and execution of overall transaction automation objectives and long-range goals of the organization
Lead the establishment/maintenance of transaction automation operating policies and procedures
Lead establishing and administering functional projects
Provide subject matter expertise for transaction automation solutions
Collaborate with procurement/supplier agile teams to prioritize enhancements

Required

Bachelor's Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
Minimum 8 years of experience in Supply Chain as a Buyer, Subcontract Manager, Material Program Manager, Business Process Management (Supply Chain Operations), Material Planner, or in purchase order automation
At least one year of experience working with SAP ECC (PRISM/APEX), SRM, and Ariba order automation

Preferred

Strong communication, meeting facilitation, collaboration and negotiation skills
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint
Experience with change management activities along with strong presentation skills and project management skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple, competing priorities at the same time
Working knowledge of Universal Commodity Codes and the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
Flexibility to travel to RTX sites as required
