Assisting with the planning and support of resident events, experiences, and community programming
Exploring creative ways to enhance the resident journey, from move-in moments to amenity and social experiences
Supporting partnerships with local businesses and community organizations
Collaborating with Marketing on storytelling efforts, including social media ideas, photography, and short-form content
Helping gather resident feedback through surveys, focus groups, or event insights
Contributing to playbooks, toolkits, or guides that support onsite teams and hospitality initiatives
Researching hospitality trends, wellness concepts, food & beverage ideas, and experiential programming
Participating in brainstorming sessions to help develop innovative, resident-focused experiences
