They are seeking two Folding/Imaging Mechanics for 1st shift and one for 3rd shift, responsible for setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining folding and imaging equipment within the print production process.

Responsibilities
Set up and operate a wide range of folding and imaging equipment, including feeders, counters, glue systems, inkjet heads, and camera systems
Perform routine setup tasks such as paper transport, attaching components, configuring glue applications, and loading inkjet files
Build and adjust inkjet and camera system setups, including placement, verification, and file management
Troubleshoot equipment issues, perform preventative maintenance, and complete minor repairs when parts are available
Collaborate with operators, feeders, and catchers to ensure proper loading, production, and packing of products
Achieve and strive to exceed target production rates while maintaining quality standards
Monitor quality control systems, respond to QC alerts, and escalate issues to supervisors or technicians as needed
Train team members on machine setup, safety procedures, and operational best practices
Ensure accurate and timely completion of required production documentation
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with SG360° policies and OSHA regulations
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of folding and imaging equipment experience
Strong mechanical aptitude with attention to detail
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced production environment
Preferred
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
Bi-lingual in English and Spanish (both oral & written is desired)
