Required

Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and two years of experience, an associate's degree in a STEM field and four years of experience, or six years of experience in lieu of a degree
Diverse background in PLCs, HMIs, and industrial controls
Demonstrate leadership presence and inspire, motivate, and empower others
Ability to travel for training, equipment runoffs, and to NTS sites in Pennsylvania, Indiana, and South Carolina

Preferred

Leadership experience
Experience with Siemens and Allen-Bradley PLCs and drives
Experience with ABB robots
Experience with Ignition SCADA and HMI
Experience working in a greenfield environment
