Reports to the Practice Manager or Lead Medical Assistant
Plays a crucial role in the healthcare team, serving as the primary point of contact for patients during their visits
Works collaboratively to create and maintain a culture of excellence and dedication to providing compassionate and high-quality health care to all
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
6 + months in a customer service or clinical receptionist position is required
Strong computer skills and experience using Electronic Medical Records (NextGen preferred) and knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet
A flexible and positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to create an excellent patient experience
