Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities
Creates, maintains, and enters information into databases
Sets up and maintains paper or electronic filing systems including recording information, updating paperwork, and maintaining documents
Schedules and confirms meetings and appointments
Orders and distributes supplies
Arranges conference, meetings, or travel reservations for staff
Prepares and distributes newsletters and communication
Performs all other duties and tasks as assigned

Qualification
Required
6 months post high school education
One (1) year of relevant experience
Submit a resume and cover letter at the time of application
Subject to a background investigation and motor vehicle record check
Must show employment eligibility verification as required by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Status
