Responsibilities
Partner with business and AI teams to define functional and non-functional requirements, evaluation criteria, and adoption roadmaps aligned to enterprise AI strategy
Evaluate Google Cloud AI services and third-party SaaS solutions; lead RPIs/RFIs/RFPs, vendor comparisons, and build-vs-buy recommendations
Define evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, and reference architectures; coordinate proofs of concept (POCs) to validate solution fit and performance
Assess architectural alignment with existing AI platforms and enterprise standards, ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and governance requirements
Deliver executive-ready evaluation reports, decision artifacts, and strategic recommendations; secure approvals and support procurement of selected solutions
Guide implementation and post-deployment oversight of approved AI solutions, working in an Agile delivery model and contributing to AI architecture and governance forums
Qualification
Required
8+ years experience
Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise GenAI solutions using LLMs, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, evaluation, and production deployment
Hands-on expertise with RAG architectures, including embeddings, vector search, retrieval pipelines, and grounding strategies for accuracy and governance
Strong experience with GenAI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph, including agent workflows, tool calling, and multi-step reasoning patterns
Deep knowledge of Google Cloud Platform, with hands-on experience across Vertex AI, Gemini models, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and related AI services
Experience architecting scalable, secure, and cost-efficient AI platforms, including model serving, monitoring, versioning, and MLOps / LLMOps practices
Ability to translate business problems into GenAI architectures, evaluate build vs. buy trade-offs, and communicate technical decisions effectively to senior leadership
Strong experience leading vendor evaluations and procurement processes, including RFIs/RFPs, POCs, and contract reviews for enterprise AI and SaaS platforms
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence architecture decisions across engineering, security, legal, and executive leadership
Experience working in Agile, product-oriented environments, contributing to architecture governance, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives
