Business Aviation Account Executive
Veryon is the leading global provider of aviation software and information services, and they are seeking an Account Executive to drive sales of their Tracking and Tracking+ solutions to global commercial airlines. The role involves managing an existing book of business, acquiring new customers, and collaborating with various teams to build a sales pipeline and achieve sales quotas.

Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of the commercial aviation Tracking+ solution ecosystem
Master the Veryon Tracking product suite and demonstrate product proficiency
Conduct mock demos with internal stakeholders
Build relationships with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to prepare a go-to-market territory plan
Partner with Marketing & Product Marketing to build a robust sales pipeline
Prospect, build relationships, conduct product demos, and close deals with airline carriers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to move prospects from pipeline to customer
Establish top 30 prospects and actionable engagement plans
Successfully close your first deal
Travel to key prospects and industry events to meet customers and close deals
Close 2–3 significant deals and continuously expand your sales pipeline
Forecast future business opportunities and maintain pipeline visibility
Leverage expertise and relationships to secure meetings with top target accounts
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or similar sales role in enterprise software, SaaS, or aviation-related solutions
Proven ability to close deals =$50,000 using consultative sales techniques
Strong business and technical acumen, able to articulate product value, onboarding processes, and operational advantages
Experience managing long sales cycles (6+ months) and complex customer organizations
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding quota in a fast-paced, quota-carrying environment
Preferred
Experience selling aviation software or solutions to commercial airline carriers
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
Exposure to AI, machine learning, or predictive maintenance technologies
Prior experience in enterprise SaaS sales with complex sales cycles
