Responsibilities
Define and deliver a product roadmap that aligns with enterprise strategies and measurable outcomes
Collaborate with marketing, fundraising, and CX teams to design and prioritize journey-based use cases that activate identity, segmentation, and personalization
Translate use cases into CDP-driven features, including targeting, eligibility logic, and journey triggers
Balance competing demands of various stakeholders and business needs
Partner with platform + channel owners (email, social, SMS, website, etc) to ensure seamless integration and impactful personalization
Drive experimentation across activation journeys, including variant design and performance measurement
Monitor engagement metrics and optimize workflows for maximum impact
Champion CDP adoption across teams to enable personalized campaigns and supporter-centric strategies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field
6+ years of product management experience
Proven success managing multiple products and achieving positive, measurable customer and business outcomes
Strong technical aptitude with experience in digital marketing, CRM/audience management, ecommerce, or related technologies
Familiarity with software delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
Excellent communication and advanced collaboration skills across technical and business teams
Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
Results-driven with experience in fast-paced environments
