Experience with the Salesforce Commerce domain (must)
Experience with the CPQ system
Able to create timeline and effort estimate with the Eng. team
Able to manage the Project Kick-off and Planning Phase
Identify the Risk and build a risk mitigation plan
Playing a role as a Day-to-Day scrum master
Able to manage Sprint Grooming session/ Sprint Planning / Sprint Execution/Monitoring/Retro
Managing N+1 /N+2 sprint for backlog and Technical Design
10% of the bandwidth as Program manager (will go as coordination with the other team - 10% allocation)
Program Risk Identification and Migration
Publish Weekly /Monthly program status
Weekly /Monthly status across multiple teams
Qualification
Required
Experience with the Salesforce Commerce domain (must)
