Responsibilities
Process day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions accurately and on schedule for US vendors and customers
Prepare and post journal entries to maintain the General Ledger and support month-end close activities
Perform bank reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and follow up on outstanding items to ensure clean cash reporting
Maintain accurate vendor and customer records, manage invoice routing, and execute payment runs via AP systems
Assist with billing, collections, and credit control to reduce DSO and support cash flow targets
Support audit requests and prepare documentation for internal and external reviews; identify process improvements for automation
