Administrative Coordinator I
Texas A&M University is seeking an Administrative Coordinator I to provide excellent administrative support to the Aggie Honor System Office. The role involves managing communications, scheduling, event coordination, and producing informational materials for the office.

Responsibilities
Provides administrative support to the Director
Monitors and evaluates the influx of information and disseminates as appropriate
Serves as primary phone and email support to stakeholders
Communicates appropriate AHSO policies and procedures and serves as resource
Performs advanced word processing, desktop publishing, and data management activities
Coordinates the scheduling of appointments and meetings, seminars, and other special events
Coordinates and organizes equipment and supply inventory for office and staff
Provides routine administrative support to staff; letters, memos, forms, manuscripts, reports, tables, calendar management
Designs, edits, and puts in final form information brochures, pamphlets, reports and online resources for faculty, staff, and student
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Two years of experience in office administration
Working knowledge of spreadsheet, database, presentation, and word processing software programs
Interpersonal and communication skills
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Ability to plan and organize effectively
Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Related experience in office administration, scheduling, and event planning
Experience working with college students and/or faculty members
Professional experience in higher education
Customer service skills with high volume environment
Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
Excellent presentation skills
Advanced proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs
Strong organizational and time management skills
Advanced knowledge of academic integrity principles
Ability to think analytically to solve problems effectively
