A-Line Staffing Solutions is hiring a Packaging Lab Technician II to support daily test lab activities and engineering projects. The role involves performing bench-level engineering tests and supporting equipment qualification and test method validation under moderate supervision.

Responsibilities

Execute moderately complex test requests with minimal assistance
Handle minimally complex problems autonomously with minimal supervisor guidance
Support equipment qualification (IQ, OQ) and TMV development
Troubleshoot inconsistencies in test needs/requests with requestors
Maintain good documentation practice (GDP) and support compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
Support test method development (TMD) and Verification/Validation (Ver/Val) teams
Develop proficiency in lab functions, including:
Environmental chamber supervision
Aging program coordination
Equipment maintenance and calibration coordination
Test procedure maintenance
Tool and fixture design
Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) representation
Proactively complete minimally complex projects with minimal oversight
Support efforts to create tools for process simplification in lab operations
