Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize paid search and social campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn to maximize leads and reduce cost-per-acquisition
Execute on-page and technical SEO tactics to increase organic visibility and support content marketing objectives
Build and manage lead-nurture flows and lifecycle campaigns using marketing automation to improve activation and retention metrics
Instrument and maintain analytics, tagging, and conversion tracking (GA4, GTM); produce weekly/monthly performance reports and actionable insights
Run A/B tests and landing page experiments to lift conversion rates and inform creative and messaging decisions
Collaborate with content, product, and sales teams to align campaign strategy with GTM priorities and revenue goals
