They are seeking a motivated mid-level Configuration Manager to manage configuration and change control processes and oversee customer work requests.

Responsibilities
Create, maintain, and provide procedural documentation showing how HW/SW configurations are designed, deployed, modified, and sustained via techniques and tools utilized within SC
All work requests received via ticketing and WO systems/ASX Remedy Distribution List or direct from customers shall be routed through the proper CM process
Generate documentation of the requested modifications to be retained afterwards for historical recordkeeping
Coordinate and process CRs for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, deployments, commissions and decommissions
Coordinate and schedule all maintenance activities
Maintain lifecycle management of all HW/SW utilizing available tools
Ensure all changes made to the production environment (excluding data adjustments or break fixes) are routed through the Configuration Control Board (CCB)
Provide system downtime and outage notification to all designated points of contact per local policies
Generate CCB Agenda, which documents all requests for changes in the production environment, and is sent daily to SC leadership/SME for review
Maintain items on the SC maintenance calendar
Qualification
Required
Mid Level experience in Configuration Management
Ability to create, maintain, and provide procedural documentation for HW/SW configurations
Experience with baseline identification, configuration and/or change control, status accounting, and auditing
Ability to oversee an average of 25 - 30 customer work requests per business day
Experience with ticketing systems and work order (WO) support
Ability to generate documentation of requested modifications for historical recordkeeping
Experience in coordinating and processing Change Requests (CRs) for maintenance, deployments, commissions, and decommissions
Ability to coordinate and schedule maintenance activities
Experience in maintaining lifecycle management of all HW/SW utilizing available tools
Ability to ensure all changes made to the production environment are routed through the Configuration Control Board (CCB)
Ability to provide system downtime and outage notifications to designated points of contact
Experience in generating CCB Agenda for requests for changes in the production environment
