New Grad, Entry LevelStokes Toyota Hilton Head is seeking a detail-oriented Automotive Accounting Clerk to support our dealerships financial operations. This role is essential to maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance, and supporting our leadership team.

Responsibilities
Support the other accounting clerks /post and process deals new and used car deals
Process dealer trades from beginning to end
Process wholesales/ posting, sending out titles and collecting funds
Sending payments to lenders for vehicle payoff
Warranty cancellations and submissions
Assist with month-end close
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Professional, dependable and team-oriented
Preferred
Automotive dealership accounting experience preferred, if not will train the right candidate
