A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team in Four Oaks, NC. This role supports warehouse operations by safely moving materials and finished goods while following established processes and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, conveyors, cranes, hand carts, and power trucks
Move materials, parts, and finished products throughout the facility
Maintain required records and documentation
Follow established processes, SOPs, and quality standards
Communicate effectively with team members, leads, and supervisors
Perform basic math and interpret written instructions and forms
Meet productivity and accuracy expectations
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of previous Forklift Operator experience
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including: Standing, walking, lifting, climbing, kneeling, pushing/pulling, Repetitive hand and wrist motion, Exposure to mechanical equipment, temperature extremes, and moderate–loud noise
Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (hot summers, cold winters)
