Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end program execution ensuring delivery on schedule, on budget, and within approved scope across all phases from requirements through stabilization
Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship owner for the Systems Integrator, driving accountability to delivery commitments
Oversee multiple concurrent delivery teams and workstreams including requirements gathering, design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and stabilization activities
Define and maintain comprehensive program controls, governance frameworks, and executive reporting mechanisms to manage delivery expectations
Own program budget management including forecasting, accruals, financial controls, and contribution to portfolio budget performance against approved capital plans
Identify, track, and proactively mitigate program-level risks, issues, and interdependencies across complex, interrelated workstreams
Coordinate work across projects to ensure alignment of deliverables and maintain program momentum
Partner effectively with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and executive steering committees to facilitate consensus among diverse groups
Engage frontline worker populations during requirements validation, pilot programs, and rollout activities
Oversee comprehensive change management efforts for large user populations spanning multiple operational areas
Manage vendor relationships including RFP processes, SOW development, financial controls, and performance accountability
Ensure Systems Integrator adherence to internal processes, standards, and delivery commitments while aggressively driving schedule and budget performance
Escalate financial, scope, or schedule risks through appropriate governance channels as needed
Qualification
Required
10+ years of project or program management experience leading large, complex initiatives
Proven track record managing programs with budgets of $10M or greater
Demonstrated success leading large-scale software implementations from inception through stabilization
Experience deploying technology solutions to diverse frontline worker populations
Experience overseeing projects impacting 100+ users with associated change management responsibilities
Strong vendor and Systems Integrator management experience with demonstrated ability to drive performance
Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams in complex organizational environments
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
Preferred
PMP or equivalent program management certification
Experience in regulated industries, with utilities experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with SAP or Salesforce field execution tools
Background in consulting or delivery roles at large systems integration firms such as Accenture
