Develop, monitor, and report on KPIs for facility operations and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards
Lead quality assurance programs and implement best practices to enhance operational effectiveness and reliability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve operational challenges
Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track maintenance activities, analyze trends, and improve processes
Drive root cause analysis for performance issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
Champion continuous improvement initiatives to elevate facility standards and exceed client expectations
Train and mentor operations staff on quality protocols and CMMS utilization
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree required
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with CMMS systems in a facilities operations environment
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
Experience in commercial or government facility operations is highly desirable
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline
