Responsibilities
Define and execute Jasper Colin’s enterprise technology vision and roadmap in alignment with business strategy and client needs
Identify and integrate emerging technologies (AI, ML, cloud, SaaS, automation) to enhance B2B research, analytics, and client-facing platforms
Lead digital transformation initiatives to streamline research operations, analytics workflows, and insights delivery
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of technology platforms supporting B2B research, data analytics, CRM integration, sentiment analysis, and survey analytics
Ensure platforms are scalable, secure, reliable, and optimized for high-volume research data and client interactions
Collaborate with product and research teams to translate business requirements into innovative technology solutions
Develop enterprise data architecture, data pipelines, and analytics frameworks that support real-time insights, predictive modeling, and decision intelligence
Drive AI/ML initiatives for sentiment analysis, voice/text analytics, persona development, and predictive sales/marketing insights
Ensure data integrity, governance, compliance (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA where relevant), and security across all platforms
Manage cloud infrastructure, on-premise systems, and network operations to ensure high availability and resilience
Implement enterprise cybersecurity standards, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
Optimize technology investments, vendor relationships, and operational efficiency
Build, mentor, and scale high-performing teams in engineering, data, analytics, and product management
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence
Identify skill gaps and implement training, upskilling, and retention strategies for technology talent
Partner with business leaders, research teams, and clients to deliver impactful insights and technology solutions
Translate complex technical strategies into actionable plans for executives, research teams, and clients
Represent Jasper Colin in technology forums, client workshops, and industry events
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a CTO, VP of Technology, or senior technology leader in research, analytics, SaaS, or professional services environments
Strong expertise in enterprise data architecture, AI/ML, cloud platforms, SaaS products, and high-volume analytics platforms
Hands-on experience with data integration, survey platforms, CRM systems, and predictive analytics tools
Deep understanding of data governance, compliance, cybersecurity, and technology risk management
Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Preferred
Advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred
