Shop Operations Lead
PERRY proTECH is an employee-owned company that specializes in office technology products. The Shop Operations Lead will be responsible for leading the preparation, customization, and repair of these products while ensuring a positive experience for both external and internal customers.
Information Technology
Responsibilities
Support team members with high demand periods, complex assemblies, and troubleshooting
Complete preparation, customization, and repair of office technology products on all Imaging equipment at a level consistent with performance expectations
Inspect equipment and run tests to ensure equipment is working properly
Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment, referring to repair manuals and collaborating with other members of the team as needed
Provide after-hours service when needed to maintain quality, reliability, and uptime for clients
Qualification
Required
Excellent analytical abilities
Excellent customer service skills
Self-motivated, flexible, and take initiative
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prioritize customer service and client satisfaction
2 years' experience troubleshooting electronics equipment
Pass IDOT/ODOT Physical
Clean driving record
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Preferred
Management experience a plus
