Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain custom cybersecurity tools and automation workflows for brand protection, fraud response, and data loss prevention
Build scalable automation solutions using AI/ML technologies to streamline security operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security automation into existing business processes
Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of developed tools and scripts
Author and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle: architecture, design, implementation, deployment, and support
Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and security
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on security automation using Python and AI
Candidates should have an understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks and best practices
Experience developing enterprise-wide security tools and automation solutions
Experience with AWS cloud platforms and security best practices (Azure will work as well but AWS is the preference)
Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps methodologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with intellectual curiosity
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Must be onsite 4 days a week in Boston or Needham
Preferred
Experience with Power Automate is strongly preferred
