Technical Writer

The Technical Writer creates documentation for Novarad’s software products, supporting end-users by developing clear and accurate user manuals and other documents while collaborating with various teams to meet product requirements.

Responsibilities
Partner with the KOLs to help define priorities, use cases, and product requirements
Collaborate with design, engineering, and other teams to execute on product initiatives
Translate user needs and business objectives into clear, actionable product requirements
Work with stakeholders to gather feedback, validate assumptions, and support decision-making
Monitor feature adoption and user feedback through hands-on product experience, to inform ongoing product improvements
Support go-to-market efforts in coordination with sales, marketing, and customer support
Qualification
Required
BA/BS degree in computer science, engineering, technical writing, communications, journalism, English or a related discipline
2+ years relevant experience
Ability to understand the user interface and capabilities of technical software quickly and thoroughly
Ability to work with a test case tracking system
Technical writing skills
High attention to detail
Must be able to work within deadlines
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong verbal communication skills
Experience developing technical documents
