Responsibilities

Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, ensuring effective delivery of high-quality solutions
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile best practices and principles
Remove impediments and foster an environment of collaboration and transparency
Conduct current state analysis of existing ServiceNow processes and workflows
Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements for modernization efforts
Track and report on team performance metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.)

Required

Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment
Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile principles
Must be okay with working in a combined Scrum Master/Product Owner role
Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to influence without direct authority and build strong relationships
Familiarity with ServiceNow SPM module is a must have
Ability to push back constructively and influence decisions without direct authority
Scrum certification (SAFe Scrum Master)

Preferred

Experience with compliance and regulatory environments is beneficial
