Responsibilities

Manage a team in the research, design, develop, test, maintain, and troubleshoot a variety of electronic test equipment in support of board and box testing on multiple programs
Lead development of test plans and procedures for avionics integration and power subsystem testing
This role requires interfacing with a multifunctional team, consisting of software, hardware, systems integration, and test engineers

Required

Experience leading technical teams
5+ years professional experience
Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance, thus you are a US Citizen

Preferred

Demonstrated skills in team building and creating cohesive teams with entry level technical talent
Demonstrated leadership with ability to lead, communicate and coordinate across multiple disciplines internal and external to the organization
Experience with requirements development, system design, problem analysis and resolution, integration and test
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and keeping multiple top priorities moving forward
Ability to multi-task, excellent communication skills, and full Spectrum Leadership (FSL) skills. Includes daily interaction with program top management on project status
Candidate must be a strategic, forward thinker with a can-do attitude
High desire to provide customer satisfaction
Ownership to develop, produce, deliver, troubleshoot, and sustain the GSE product lines throughout the products lifecycles, where the scope of the responsibility includes technical, cost, schedule, quality, and risk/opportunity management
