Operations & Revenue Manager

Dike Law Group is a growing healthcare and business law firm based in Frisco, Texas. They are seeking an Operations & Revenue Manager to serve as the firm’s operational backbone, owning day-to-day execution and ensuring revenue is collected effectively.

Responsibilities

Lead daily firm operations with a strong ownership mindset
Enforce firm systems, standards, deadlines, and internal policies
Oversee billing processes and ensure revenue is collected in a timely manner
Communicate directly with clients to secure payment when needed (non-negotiable)
Anticipate operational or revenue issues and escalate early with solutions
Close open loops and ensure work continues even when leadership is focused elsewhere
Maintain professional boundaries while holding team members and clients accountable
Support leadership by creating operational clarity and reducing day-to-day friction

Required

Law firm operations experience
Legal billing or revenue management experience
