Responsibilities
Lead daily firm operations with a strong ownership mindset
Enforce firm systems, standards, deadlines, and internal policies
Oversee billing processes and ensure revenue is collected in a timely manner
Communicate directly with clients to secure payment when needed (non-negotiable)
Anticipate operational or revenue issues and escalate early with solutions
Close open loops and ensure work continues even when leadership is focused elsewhere
Maintain professional boundaries while holding team members and clients accountable
Support leadership by creating operational clarity and reducing day-to-day friction
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to take initiative and operate independently
Strong communication skills with a calm, professional demeanor
Comfort speaking with clients regarding billing and payment follow-up
Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
Ability to think ahead, prevent issues, and act decisively
Preferred
Law firm operations experience
Legal billing or revenue management experience
Experience supporting leadership in a fast-growing professional services environment
