Responsibilities

Customer Advocate - You are the difference between a happy customer and a disconnected phone line. Our customers deserve the absolute best service when calling in and we know that you can be part of that solution. On average you will take about 30 calls from our customers across the country. This is the perfect opportunity for you to build connections, build trust and create a differentiated experience
Difference Maker -You will be the difference maker when it comes to how you explain cellular phones, billing, or general questions that our customers have. What some understand about phones, others might not so it is about taking the time to explain technology in a way that resonates with non-technology users

Qualification

Bilingual (Spanish/English)Customer Service ExperienceOffice Computer SkillsCommunication SkillsPositive Attitude

Required

High school diploma or equivalency is required
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Basic computer skills (general typing, data entry and basic computer operation)
Ability to communicate professionally and politely
Ability to communicate, verbal and written, in both Spanish and English
Ability to successfully pass a fluency test
