Design, develop, and document features using modern front-end and back-end technologies
Integrate Esri ArcGIS Maps API, develop geocoding and geoprocessing services
Ensure application meets accessibility standards and optimize for mobile-first designs
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience with Angular, Java (Spring Boot), RESTful APIs, GIS integrations, and Power BI
Strong knowledge of Esri ArcGIS, PostGIS, PostgreSQL, and Azure DevOps
Experience with GIS data handling, Power BI dashboards, and cloud deployments
Familiarity with digital accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1 AA, ADA compliance)
Preferred
Experience with PostgreSQL and incorporating accessibility tests in development
